Lucy
Points
Mat Instructor
Lucy earned her Bachelors of Art in Art from
Transylvania University. She worked in design and sales at Kentucky Lighting for ten years. She is currently the manager
at Isle of You and a private lighting design consultant.
Lucy first came to BodyWork when she was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
in 2001, but she teadily attended our mat classes —even while undergoing radiation and
chemotherapy. Two and a half years later, Lucy’s illness is in remission. She and her doctor believe that part of her
success can be attributed to her physical strength and low stress level—both of which she accredits to Pilates.
